In the natural rhythm of the seasons, summer represents the ultimate peak of Being, a time of full expression, expansion, and presence, where we are invited to step away from the relentless "doing" of daily life and simply exist in the now. Drum into Being is a 10 week journey designed to cultivate a sustainable shift into being and presence so that you can receive and fully embody the gifts of this season: love, joy, abundance!
Mental and Emotional Reprogramming through Drumming is a technique designed to help you access the subconscious mind, release limiting beliefs, gently reprogramming old patterns of stress and dysregulation. The rhythm of the drum to guides you into an alpha brainwave state, promoting deep healing, greater presence, inner calm, and lasting positive change.
