To maintain a space of true rest and unplugged wellness, we ask all members to honor these guidelines. By entering Be., you agree to protect the peace for yourself and others.

1. Digital Silence

• No Phones Downstairs: Our space is a strictly phone-free zone. Please leave all phones in your locker.

• Silent Storage: To protect the stillness for everyone, phones must be switched to silent or "Do Not Disturb" before being stored. This prevents muffled ringtones or vibrations from reaching the quiet zones.

• Smartwatches: These are permitted only if notifications are silenced. We encourage you to use this time to fully "unplug" from the wrist, too.

2. The Sound of Stillness

• Whisper Voices: Once you head downstairs, we observe a "whisper only" culture. Please keep conversations soft and brief in all common areas.

• Total Silence: Please respect the Silent Sauna and designated Silent Hours. In these moments, we observe total stillness to allow for deep downregulation.

• Kindness to our Team: Our staff are the guardians of your experience. Please treat them with the same softness and respect you bring to your fellow members.

3. Hygiene

• The Ritual Rinse: For the health of our community and the longevity of our equipment, a full shower is required before entering the sauna and before every cold plunge.

• Towels are Mandatory: Always sit on a towel. This keeps our saunas pristine and your experience hygienic.

• Mat Care: If you are using a studio mat for yoga, please spray and wipe it down thoroughly after your session using the provided cleaners

4. A Welcoming Community

• Harmonious Conduct: We ask that every interaction—with staff and fellow members—is rooted in kindness and mutual respect. Intimidating, abusive, or aggressive behavior is strictly condemned. Disrespectful conduct of any kind is not part of the Be. culture and may result in a request to leave the space.

• Inclusivity & Safety: This is a sanctuary for every body, every level of experience, every background. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment or discrimination based on the following but not limited to: race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or religion. Any such behavior will result in the immediate cancellation of membership to ensure the safety and peace of our community.
